Mia and Cleo: It's Off to Europe They Go

Mia and Cleo's Mum and Dad, Katie and Chris are off to Pieta and Duncan's Wedding in Spain.
Grandma has moved in.
Grandma is really pleased
She has a new Nespresso Machine

and nice big Dodge Car to drive.

It suits her.
So, after a non eventful trip to deliver Katie and Chris to the airport

Grandma picked up Mia and Cleo from Grandma Karen's after dinner and so the adventure started

Wednesday 12th September
Auction Day
Today was a huge day for 5A Churton Street, it was up for Auction.
This was a very anxious time.
Dan and Helen accompanied Dale and Gillian.
Had a quick bite of lunch at the Pub first, plus a calming glass of wine.
No bids and a silly offer...that we didn't even consider... so back to basics
Dear Jude, our Friend and Agent Supremo, did a great job for us.
She went back to work, got on the phone and chased up other interested parties.
Immediately, got 2 more viewings booked for Thursday
No sweat.
Meanwhile still as Home Owners we went back to the Pub for more Calming Wines
Which resulted in a Cab home for Grandma.

Lucy offered to pick up the Cleo from school and Mia went to Jane's
The kind ladies gave them dinner.
Lucy made Cleo mashed potatoes and vegetables
There were leftovers, which was excellent
Grandma made them into a very tasty hash brown for her dinner, after everyone went to bed
